Summary: This piece is an ode, a celebration to sensuality. Sensuality refers to appealing to the senses: smell, sight, taste, sound, touch, and the not-so-secret 6th sense if you got it. To me sensuality isn’t always sexual but obviously includes sexuality. It’s more so about being present and indulging in the present moment using the senses. I feel like the pandemic’s isolation has made it harder for people to indulge in the present with many people reminiscing on the past, panicking about the future or being forced to live with far less money than ever before. This piece is many things but I also want it to be a reminder to find some time to be very present and indulge.
Very cool piece
